BUILDING BRIDGES
The fight for human rights, equality and dignity requires courage, focus and assistance from allies. The Black Pride Society has worked to build long-term relationships with activist, politicians, entrepreneurs and and community organizations who actively support our mission.

HOMOPHOBIA IN DETROIT
Review historic series of town halls produced in 2004 to initiate a historic conversation about the affects of homophobia in Detroit at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History's GM Theater.
LEGACY BUILDERS - DETROIT
It takes visionaries committed to the simplest causes to start a social movement. Detroit's Hotter Than July and our community pays tribute to these individuals for laying the foundation. They have developed a sense of community amongst us all as role models, and legacy builders.

NOAH'S ARC SCREENING
Before this historic television series made it into living rooms across America, major black pride cities were the first to screen the pilots. The Black Pride Society hosted the cast and director at Club Palladium in Detroit.
